[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
photo taken at lake Tekapo, just in front of the Good shepherd church. Something not to be missed if you head to Mount Cook from Christchurch. There is couple of restaurants in front of the lake worthing to stop by and have a lunch for couple of hours.

Hello David.
I like the composition of this photo, the angle highlighting the light and shadow of the old church. I didn't get to see this one on my last trip to NZ. I like the view of the mountains and lake in the background. I suggest that you could crop off quite a bit of the bottom of this photo, there is just too much grass there, and the rocks strewn around should be the main element in the foreground, I think.

Your composition is great here showing the the stones and grass in the foreground with the church on one side. The angle of the shot lead the eye past the church to the mountains and water to the left. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail.
