Hello to all my friends,
I am sharing with you another sunset scene over the Auckland city after a long hot summer day!
as you can see the tallest building is Auckland landmark icon - SKY TOWER - with the height of 328M and is the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere!

I saw golden hues and beautiful skies on the thumbnail, it looked like Auckland's skyline, I said to myself : this must be Tony's, you can't go wrong!

Hello friend. That string of clouds are spectacular. The effects of light in the sky they play an important role, first, to form the silhouettes of the city, and second, to spell out some beautiful waves in the water.

peculiar photography with very special colors. Great depth, is excellent the immensity of the sea. I like the dynamism of the image and the silhouettes of buildings and boats.

Hello Tony,

Another remarkable photo of this beautiful part of NZ. I particularly like this angle of the skyline, with the dramatic sky as the backdrop. I suppose Auckland has some of New Zealand's best weather, as Wellington and Christchurch often wet and windy. he inclusion of the boasts in the FG was good, your positioning really added plenty of interest. Good choice of shutter speed also. Good sharpness and saturations, it really enhances the attractive yellow hue.

Wonderful yellow and blue complimentary colors seen between the lovely intrcate cloud patttern over the modeern Auckland skyline. The Skytower looks very impressive as it reaches into the colorful sky with the harbor making a pleasing foreground to this excellent composition.

a lovley light moment with beginning darkness over the water, the background city changing to a silhouette and the light in the sky just for the last time that day glancing in the clouds. Good choice for the position of the horizon line.

Members here have noticed a distinct quality in your photos, very 'gracious', Tony Ho's signature shots! Dude you're the man!

You give such unique rendering of landscapes, making it unique on its own. Here you manage such 'yellow-amber' hues to the entire scene, making a wonderful tinge that's different from the rest. You're a natural in this genre...lol

Hi Tony,
It is a refreshing change from the usual sunset colours and so is the mood it created. Everything seemed to come to a standstill and the darker tone of the foreground allowed us to enjoy the slowly fading light and spectacle of the evening sky. Well done!!

A good, interesting and well composed shot. Maybe a little too much sky for some but it doesn't detract too much for me. Is that yellow band across the city from a filter or is it pollution?

the light of this incredible sky creates beautiful contrasts of colours, with the blue/green sea and the reflections in the water.
Composition is excellent, with the boats foreground of the image.
You handled the light very well which superbly transforms the boats into nice silhouettes. The resulted atmosphere is lovely.

Yes, these golden tones of the sunset in the sky and on the profile of the city they have an excellent graphical effect, and give a beautiful luminosity and a special chromatism to your composition.
Good setting with very much space to the sky and nice textures in the sea.
Everything works perfectly in this scene.
