Photographer’s Note
View to Tasman Sea from the beautiful Westcoast near Auckland. I have taken this photo from a great lookout near Karekare Beach. There is a walk from Karekare Beach to Piha Beach along the coastline, where you can have fantastic views to the Waitakere Ranges and to the sea. The weather in this area changes quickly...you can have heavy rain the first hour and beautiful sunshine the other hours.
