Life under the Equator is really hard and terrifiant...

Hi Paolo,
I am missing ultimate sharpness, was that on purpose, of was the quality of the scan that poor that this is all the best you could get out of it?
The composition with colours are breathtaking.
You have been to some very exotic places....wonderful...!!!

I envy you that you have visited such paradisiac destinations, the scan did not deliver top quality (a problem I also have when scanning photos with large evenly colored areas, like desert) but it provides kinda aged feeling, what flashes enough here to make me dream is the water color !

I don't know how you could bear the discomfort :) I like the low POV putting the breaking waves on the horizon. As usual the colours are stunning.

Great colors. I feel the warm air over the beach. it's so caold and rainy today in my region. Photo is not very sharp but I really like it.

waht a pretty beach! A paradisical place I think! This calm blue clean water is amazing.

Great colors and POV. It loses quality, I think caused by scan process.

I love the breaking waves on the horizon, thats a very romantic sight. The colors are superb, but I wish the scan was better. Theres a bit of loss of quality, though I imagine that the original must be breataking for the colors. Composition is there, just that damn scanner sometimes lets you down.

Ya veo en tu foto el frío que estaba pasando esta persona tumbada al sol en la playa, en medio de tanta nieve....
Casi me da envidia no estar yo pasando frío de esta manera y en este idílico lugar.
La foto, aunque escaneada, tiene calidad, buenos colores y una iluminación correcta, cosa difícil con este sol y la arena tan blanca.
Parece que se aprecia incluso cómo rompen las olas en la barrera de coral.
Muy buena.

Beautiful saturated blues in this photo. It may have been compositionally a bit stronger if the horizon were moved of the middle axis of the photo, and it does lack a little sharpness, but it's still a lovely and evocative image.

Funny note and very attractive image Paolo!
The not perfect quality of the photo don't bother me at all and I'm glad that you didn't convert it in B&W, as seems to be the tendecy in TE, now a days. That blue colour of this natural lagoon hipnotizes me and the person is also in a very nice pose. I love it!
