Nice composition Mikeee. I like the graduating blue sky background and Johnny's blue jacket. Johnny is looking sharp like he is almost jumping out of the image.

I can just feel the UV radiation coming off the snow. A lot of people wonder how alpinists cope with the cold. But I always find it is the heat that is a problem. Dehydrated with a huge amount of radiation coming off the snow is quite unpleasant! Nice one.
What a great crisp shot, the subject shows up very well against the beautiful blue sky you have captured, all we can see of the real Johnny is just his nose.
