Mt Ngauruhoe
 |

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Took Monday off work and went mountaineering with a few friends in the Tongariro National Park. Couldnt have asked for better weather.
The Mountain in the photo is known as Ngauruhoe (2291m)- NZ's most active volcano with 61 eruptions since 1839. This photo was taken from a saddle on the way up Mt Tongariro. |

Welcome to TE Mike!
I wish I could take a day off to go mountaineering too!! I like this photo of Ngauruhoe though I found the image a bit blurred. I did a workshop to try and fix it bit... hope you like it.
Looking forward to discover more of NZ's mountains in your TE gallery.
Regards, Brigitte

Hallo,
Nice photo, but it really could be more sharper...
Thanks for sharing. It looks like something muddy is rising from the snow clad.

Nice shot. A bit more sharpening and it will even be more beautifull.
Hello Micheal,
Nice structures of snow on the volcano.
Maybe a little unsharpening mask would have displayed even more details.
anyway - great shot.
