The wonderful world of Abel Tasman (New Zealand, south island) around sunset.

Make sure you go there for at least a day (I did a three day kayak- and walkingtrack) when visiting NZ. It's fantastic.

Very smooth mirror, it really asks for a picture. Unfortunately the sky is severely overexposed, a neutral density graduated filter would have been ideal for this situation.

is that one of the beaches at the North end? Barks Bay, or something like that? I went there in 2002, and just going from memory. I did the same thing - kayak for 2 days (2 night on a boat in Anchorage Bay) then one days walking, and a boat taxi back :)
