After a long ride across 90 mile beach, and just before we'd go to Cape Reinga, we hit these sanddunes. New Zealand is where the action is; we went sandboarding here.
Eating dust, it is! But hilarious and fantastic.
The climb up was a horror though. Because of the soft sand, every step up, is two steps back.
Not advisable for people with high blood pressure. ;) |

I tried this once, great fun, but i wish we could see someone actually doing it, and it would have been better had you been closer i think. Technically correct though. Well done.
