Britomart Station is the main transport hub from central Auckland. It is one of the most interesting an appealing stations I have visited. The old building exterior we see here(dating from 1911 I think) contains the modern interior and rear building. It is quite a design of lines and light inside.
I spotted this local, barefoot, waiting outside, while I photographing a protest in the city.

This is a wonderful street candid apart from the beautiful light, strong shadows and high contrast It is the combination of the stillness and sense of movements which makes it an outstanding photo and a bit of a mystery as to what we cannot see. The vivid colours in the bg add that extra touch. Beautifully observed and taken, Congrats ;)

This are pictures that we have to take, on the just moment as here, with the man sit in foreground with a lot tattoos.
The three stairs care for depth and perspective.
Colours and sharpness be superb.
Excellent composition, TFS.

you made a spot on photo here, again.
i love its sophisticated and complex composition, the more you look the more you discover. each element is so wonderfully distributed and seperated by lines or architecture, as well as light&shade.
i am amazed to see that there is almost no dof here despite f5.6. i guess it was the protest against partial sales of mighty river power. any photos from the demonstrations?
