Champagne Pool & Artist's Palette, a photo from Bay of Plenty, North Island

Photographer's Note

Picture taken at Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland, near Rotorua. It shows two colorful thermal wonders within the park :
- the Champagne Pool, an hot bubbling basin,
- the Artist's Palette, a yellow stained pool because of the high concentration of sulfur.
A really amazing place to visit !

un paysage stupéfiant , et une belle opportunité pour les photographes . Ca me fait un peu penser à Yellowstone , que je n'ai vu également qu'en photo :)
