NZ seems to be a big and beautifull contry. Each time a see a picture I think about Scotland.
I realy like the aspect of the sun.

Nice picture - the filter really has done its job. Great reflection. I persoannly would prefer it to be slightly cropped on the right so that the boat was not present - but that is just me!

Great shot John! I love shots looking into the sun, the effect it gives and rays of light. I like the inclusion of the boat, giving a little scale, and pointing in the direction of the mountains. I think the image is a little dark, and horizon too central. I did a workshop and sharpened it up.

What a beautiful photo of Wanaka. I love how the sun shines on the water and how you have the boat placed at the side of the scene. Well done. Janice

Hello John, that's pretty funny.. I almost have the exact same picture of Lake Wanaka on my 'page'! Sun: there. Mountains in background: there. Clouds: there.. your pic is horizontal though, while mine is vertical! :) Still.. there is a slight difference.

I love your photos of New Zealand. It takes a good photographer of course, but the fact that NZ is one of the most beautiful countries on earth helps as well!
