It's a Beautiful Morning Photo

Photographer’s Note

I wondered whether to post this image because i do see flaws in it, like the aura around the fence posts and the strange reddish tinge across the image, BUT the overall mood and light inspired me originally to take this difficult shot (it was a bright morn) and equally motivated me to share it with you.I had posted a few images a while back of this place and time, the difference here is that I used my zoom lens in order to immerse myself in the light.

Hi Klaudio,
well despite the slight flaws (not very bothering to me), I do like the atmosphere you've captured here. The strong back lighting floods the background trees in light and springs out from under this hill. it does feel like a beautiful morning.

Zdravo Klaudio,

I see nothing wrong with it, really, quite the contrary. Yeah, the sun was powerful and the light very bright, but it works marvels here if you ask me. The focus on the logs works well combined with the soft background. The scenery is amazing. Kinda like Ireland, plus the exotic trees. :>

P.S: I tend to bother myself also with all those minute details (in my own photos) like the aura on the fence, but when commenting I dont even spot them. It`s hard to notice if you dont point it out.

wellif you haven't mentioned it I wouldn't see anything wrong, I still don't see anything wrong with this beautiful morning atmosphere, except that it is a different kind of light, different silhouettes of vegetation, different colors which all together make it a lovely capture. A very simple scene, but a very interesting shot with great variety/nuances of light, excellently managed. Great many-layered composition too. This image has a very brisk feel to it, a 'top of the morning' freshness.

I liked the ghost like trees background a lot.You are correct. There is a strange and charming aura in this shot. Due to the morning light. A little bit a foogy day too i think.

Hello Klaudio,

The focus and the light difference between foreground and background was so dramatic I had to get used to it at first. But if you give it some time, it really works in this composition!

It surely is a beautiful morning - and a beautiful scene! And the to notice the flaws means having to be extremely critical! To be honest with you, I wouldn't have noticed them if you had not mentioned them yourself.

Oh I don't see any flaw here, it's unusual and special! These golden glow at the back creates a wonderful scenery!

Hi Klaudio, an interesting shot, I like the sloping hillside and what you describe as aura, I see as your having captured the beautiful morning haze. I like the management of light and shade too, the FG being so sharp. Well done, LDNR. Ha!

The light was well handled as you have details in the shadow area of the wood pile as well as detail in the sun bathed area. Nicely done.

The haziness creates such a great mood and I think you've chosen the heap of chopped wood as a good reference point for focus.

I've been setting myself a goal to wake up early one day and take advantage of the sun...no avail!
