Aoraki Mt Cook National Park area is a great place for all mountain-lovers. Spectacular views of the hihgest peak in New Zealand, Muller and Hooker Glaciers can be seen from several trails starting in Mount Cook Village.
This picture was taken just a bit further (and up) from the end point of Red Tarns Track - one hour walk from the village.

I decided to post this photo again because the previous version wasn't sharp.

it's a shame that the foreground dominates this shot so much, those mountains have come out very well. if that stuff in front wasn't there, this would be an excellent shot. great lighting and composition otherwise.. thanks a lot

Hello Henryk,
An incredible look into the features of the landscape of this area. Great cropping and depth, and the colors throughout the scene are fantastic. What a diversity of plant life in this small area--from thick vegetation to plains to barren high alpine mountains.
Very good image...
Steve

Hi, Henryk!
Amazing landscape with mountains on the background!
Beautiful colors, composition, many details.

Hi Henryk
This version is definitely an improvement on the original. The details are excellent. So many different types of plants. The composition showing part vegetation, part mountain is a good idea as they contrast well.
Regards Nikki
