Dedicated to Kasia who looking at my previous photo imagined the sunset that people were gazing at.So here it is and the same person in red as in my previous post.
Hokitika holds the yearly international driftwood sculpture competition and everyone that comes to the beach at any time in the year can try to "sculpt" something.
In workshop you can see the name of the township and beach made out of driftwood. IMAGINATIVE!

The colours are vibrant and the light really beautiful, it makes wish I were there, in NZ, watching the sun set over the horizon.

Bright yellow tones of this sunset look just great. This gives so peaceful feeling of being there enjoying the view by the sea without hurry to go anywhere. I'm not sure if that's eligible as a sculpture but surely it makes a good contribution to this view!
