Photographer's Note

A good example of the real Westland rainforest is on the Minnehaha Track close to Fox Glacier township. Gnarled old rata trees support a large variety of others plants, all growing over, under & around each other. A spooky place in the half-light & very much a habitat where goblins, pixies and like could well lurk!
