Photographer’s Note
In the South island of New Zealand I found many building's in this particular style. Its quality and beauty can stand the test of time as it looks very impressive today as it did 100 years ago. It was a rainy day so I had to do the best I could during my 1 week- 1600 km holiday trip.
I also got some other photos of this type which I will submit in days to come. There was a strong link between this region of NZ and Scotland at the time when these buildings were designed.
