The large mountain in the right of the photograph is Mount Cook with the Tasman Glacier below.
Photograph was taken from the northern side of Mt Cook in a light aircraft at about 11000 feet.

Hi John,
Thanks you for bringing these remote landscapes to our screens. What I find very interesting is the glacier - it looks almost like a highway.
I think the image is a bit soft - maybe some sharpening will help.

You can't go wrong with a subject such as this (although some people do somehow) and I love your composition, lead in lines and general technique. A solid image!

A great shot as the UV usually kills the image, could be sharper but otherwise a splendid photo.
