Sunset near Milford Sound, a photo from Otago, South Island

Photographer's Note

This shot was one I was not expecting to capture while driving from Milford Sound to Queenstown in New Zealand's south Island.

We were fortunate enough to see this beautiful colour with the moon still out. I quickly stopped and took from memory about 7 shots with a 9 stop ND.

I then stitched 5 shots together in photoshop to get this result. I also added a bit more saturation for impact.
