I am always intrigued with night shots of nice architectural building.
Since i was in Dunedin, i must not miss this.
As can be seen from the tower clock,it was 9:18pm, and the sun sets at around 9pm, a little bit of drizzling and chilly night due to the strong wind.
I moved very backwards about two steps before i fall into the river stream behind and adjusted my tripod.
Apologize for the right green lights due to secondary reflection.

this looks like very interesting building and the way you captured it is high quality. I like how you managed the light and the green reflections add very much to the whole composition. Nicely chosen POV allows good perspective. Colors are well balanced and contrast well given.

I too am a big of nice architecture, and this is a stunning example. The point of view you chose for this is superb, and gives the building a great majesty, and an almost magical feel, I can quite easily see this in a Harry potter movie. The blue of the sky and the green grass look superb, and you have done really well with the light you had. Realyl nice building, and a great capture of it.
All the best
