Photographer's Note

This photo is set in Picton, the gateway to the Queen Charlotte Sound and track on the northern coast of the South Island. Picton is a small, picturesque town that manages to absorb large ferry loads of people everyday without looking like a large port town. Unfortunately the downside of that is that you cannot get a meal in the town after 8 pm. Anyway, I took this shot two ways and preferred the foreground to be a little blurred,rather than the other way around. I am curious about other people's views.
