Photographer’s Note

This photo taken from the bus as we were driving back from Te Anau to Queenstown, so I am not sure if Te Anau is the precise location, but this is not far from the little town and is typical NZ countryside that you see looking out the bus window. Including newly born lamb, there are over 60 million sheep in NZ, however according to our bus driver, tourism is their biggest export, bigger than sheep and dairy products. I was still a bit wet and rather tired from having just completed the Milford Track, but managed to stay awake captivated by these endless views of hills, meadows and sheep. The weather got better as we moved away from the west coast towards Queenstown.

Highlight/shaddow processing in photoshop. Polarizer did a good job of removing any reflections in the window.
