Photographer’s Note
The view north up sky blue Lake Pukaki toward New Zealand's two highests peaks: Mt Cook (3764 m), the high point right of centre, and Mount Tasman (3498 m) to its right. On the left is Mt Sefton (3157 m). The peak in the centre is Mt La Perouse (3079 m). Late afternoon light picks out the details of the mountains. I suspect that clear days like this are rare.
Scanned from a slide. Polariser used (a necessity when taking photos of snow). Cropped, sharpened and levels adjusted with Photoshop.

The capture is good. From my point of view, it's a little noisy and grained. Needs a little sharpen, but still a beautiful scenery. Regards

Hello Vincent. I found this beautiful photo of yours. I love mountain shots and this one is nothing short of stunning to say the least. It makes me wonder why you would want to see BC when you can see New Zealand instead. The place always strikes me as a beautiful land. But of course where I live has its own attraction too. Thanks for sharing!
Cheers Paul
