Photographer’s Note
Mount Cook, the highest mountain in the Southern Alps. Seems to be that remote, however when looking for local names we find so familiar names like Franz Joseph's Glacier. The region was first explored by an Austro-Hungarian Alpinist in the 19th century. Beautiful mountains, friendly people, great nature, this is New Zealand.

Excellent view of this little iceberg. Lighting is IMHO a bit too strong, and the white area seems overexposed. Otherwise the picture is very good

I like the way in which you have composed the picture and in particular, the rocks / ice/ in the foreground. You were luckly to be presented with a day where the summit was visible.
