...Something Green, Something Blue
Shot in Cathedral Square Christchurch, I was somewhat obliged to look up as a car had been allowed to park directly at the base of The Chalice. This modern sculpture (an inverse cone subverting the cathedral spire) celebrates the new millennium and the 150th Anniversary of the founding of Christchurch and Canterbury by the Canterbury Association.
I was very pleased with the view that ensued once all the clutter on the ground had been eliminated. Hope you like it too.

Nice POV! A generally good composition making use of a difficult situation, although I think it would look better with a square format (crop out some of the tree on the right). Just my opion; I think it looks flat with nothing but tree on the right.
