Ok...I found the program "autostitch" for creating panorma shots. It´s absolutely awesome!!! It´s so simple to use and the results are brilliant.
This is view of Rarotonga, the main island of the Cook Islands but this time in full view (compare to my other one of rarotonga).
After creating the pic with autostitch I cropped, autoleveled and sharpened the picture

I know that it's difficult to take a photograph with so much light (I've been in Raro last september and sunlight is very strong), but in panoramas I think that you should take care in exposure because there may be different stops of difference from right to left.
I usually put the camera in manual mode, adjust the aperture to a fixed level and work with shutter speed, underexposing 1-2 EV where there are highlights.
P.S.: I don't want to give you any "rule", I'm only a beginner
Rarotonga and Aitutaki are wonderful!!!
