Brooklyn Wind Turbine in the hills above Wellington city. Port Nicholson harbour can be seen in the bottom right, the island is Somes island.
It was very windy when I took this picture, I had to turn on the picture stabilization to stop the camera shaking. The propellers were turned off. |

Woah! Your photo shows just how big those things are. My first thought was, why didn't you take a virtical shot and then i realised that by taking the horizontal shot you have been able to capture the sheer size of the turbine and the view in the background is beautiful too. Well done.
