A new day, a new life Photo

Photographer’s Note

With each new day comes new life and new hope for the future. Just a few short hours after this shot was taken we have a new addition to our family. Amelia was born at 10:15, a daughter for our daughter and grandchild number 2 for Sue and I.
I have had my camera with me every morning for the last week and a half and have shots of every sunrise in anticipation of this new arrival. Now, what to do with all my other sunrise shots? ;-)
Dare I post a WS for this shot?

Congratulations!! WOW!! That is exciting news! And a perfect picture to celebrate with. A new beginning!! I am so happy you posted the ws, she is truly an angel!! I just want to pick her up and cuddle her :) Give my best to her mommy. TFS and have a great day!

Congratulations :) Your granddaughter is so cute :) I must confess that I like most your photo of Amelia than your sunset one (mainly because of those electric cables ;)

Sunrises are somehow less photographied than sunsets... must be because people dont wake up that early! Coz here we fell the new day coming with an increasing light...

beautiful colors and shapes in the first minutes of the day. The sillouets of the nude branches are very nice and the shapes and colors of the clouds are beautiful to see. Watching a sunrise is ever a hope for our day
