Hi Jim,
It is a shame that the clarity here is not the same as in your other photos (such as the excellent Moeraki Boulders shot) - there is a lot of pixilation and the edges around the mountain are blurred. There is no sharp detail in any of the foliage. I just wonder what happened here, were you using different settings or zoom? I have visited Coromandel but can not remember this attractive peak, perhaps it was shrouded in clouds or I might have seen it from another angle. Spent most of my time there in the Whitianga area. Thanks for the post, I hope there are more shots to come from the Coromandel region.
