Sharing a coastal view of Te Henga with people enjoyed a good fine day and having a walk on the sand under the cloud!

Hello Tony,
Waitakere is really your cup of tea... and your strong point too! The cliff on the right and then the farer cliff to the left give a sense of depth and distance, enhanced by the presence of the people. The sand pond with the reflections matches perfectly the sky, and the cloud on the left fills the space above the cliff so the composition is simple but well balanced. Very enjoyable.

Hello Tony,
A very appealing mood to this beautiful composition. The couple walking along the edge of the water are well placed and seem to have all the time in the world. I like the lighting very much and the presence of the clouds above the headland. Just beautiful to look at, especially on a grey November day.

Simply beautiful. A wide view an excellent reflection on the right a fine line of breaking waves that splits the image in half and a glorious sky withat fantastic cloud. What else? Just a fine combination of little things composing together a magnificent view.

Hello Tony.
Very nice seascape shot with pleasing reflection, well defined cloud mass, and nice mist over the breakers. You captured a lovely light in this one, and taking the shot with the people walking into the shot was a good idea. The space between the headland on the right and the one in the background makes for a good sense of depth. There's a slight tilt to the right, but not enough to spoil this excellent shot.

This is a nicely composed shot with the reflection providing nice depth and balance. The off center placement of the people make for good composition. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail.

Good pov to show the effect of walking under the cloud, it seem different with beaches at the equator where vapor is always above the tides, nice reflection on the smooth wet beach, thanks for sharing the nice view.

Tony,
Love the reflection in the low tide. I like how you choose to leave such a big stretch of sandy beach with lovely reflection to invite us in. the people addes a little warm and human element to this otherwise deserted beach. Hello Tony,

This dreamy beach scene with the makes me dream of the summer, but we have not even entered the winter yet. The two individuals walking along the shore offer a perfect human touch and a measure of scale. In the spirit of constructive criticism, if you don't regard it as meddling, I would recommend rotating the image counterclockwise 0.1°-0.2°. As I rolled the image upward in my screen, I thought it was tilting ever so slightly to the right.

A great advert for N.Z.

You have given the shot good balance and depth with the rocky cliffs at either side of your shot.
I like the way that the white surf leads into the shot, towards the people, who add life and scale to the shot.

Those views are unique, in the sense the beach scenarios often combine large rocks with attractive sandy beaches in between!

Your style is easily recognizable even before open the full size of photo. Here wet sand bank and white foamed waves are adding great value with walking couples but the foggy effect by water drops on water surface are wonderful too. Fantastic shot. You make very good use of the lines here. Even if the walking couple is small it is no doubt about it what is the main subject. The the landscape is of course really beutiful too, but what is really eyecatching is the superb composition. TFS and have a nice weekend!

Love the wonderful depth to this view of the long path of the retreting surf along this broad beach that is so wonderfully framed by the rocky cliffs.
The vivid blue sky makes a striking reflection in the wet sands as it contrast brilliantly with the lush green on the rocks.

low-tide leaves a fantastic glassy sheen on the pristine beach. The scenery is gorgeous beautiful cloudy sky and the fabulous reflections and patterns of the beach. The silhoettes add good contrast to the photo. Great composition and the rock formations well positioned in the frame.

These persons who can walk along the wet sand in this idyllic beach, which is the most similar thing to the paradise that I can imagine myself, they are very lucky.
Your capture catches a wonderful light and a few natural splendid tones, and I think that the reflections and the great cotton cloud are a few perfect extras.

Hi Tony,
You manage not being boring with these successive stunning beach views, but I can't say the same about my critiques to them. Superlative adjectives is all that comes to my mind.
The clarity is gorgeous, as usual. I am amazed how you could "find" a way of "putting" those imaginary wide lines made with the little waves, light and strings of foam to enhance the sense of depth. The people and the big cloud are perfectly placed and the water mirror on the FG is fabulous.
