I can't but congratulate to this wonderful photo. The colours of beginning autumn are great, the green of the grass towards the light blue sea framed by the old tree, really amazing!

I would have tried to frame somewhat larger in order to get the whole bench.

Wonderful shot of this incredible view one has from this lovely old 19th century bench. The gnarly old tree and antique bench will soon retire for the winter but will be in high demand come spring. Fantastic clear crsip colors and excellent sharp details to this peaceful view.

Hi Tony, I've seen this tree before, and I still like it. This shot has the park bench in it, and that really adds to the scene. With the bench I can see the play of light, with the long shadow behind the bench, but with the warm light on the tree itself. The shot is well composed with great light, giving us excellent colour and detail throughout.

Hi Tony,
Good idea in this setting that combines finely the great trunk of the tree with this bench, from where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful sight on the sea.
I like the light, the shades, the colors and the geometry of the diagonal of the beach, that it provides many perspective and a good graphism to the composition.

Hello friend, the landscape of your country really have been and will remain precious, full of lush beauty, especially sailors.

I love the viewpoint obtained here with your lens, although it is a pity that the banquet has been cut, but despite this, the picture is of immeasurable beauty, color and lighting.

the classical TE 'bench onf the beach' scene :) but you know what? the TREE is absolutely stealing the show here... i even feel, the bench is getting in the way to the extent that i'd feel compelled to drag it away (if possible) before taking the picture. look at that elder giant... amazing trunk! and the surroundings: perfect just for a portrait of it.

this is one gorgeous view and that tree... man, he really steals the scene!
Great angle and light management, supeb effort!
Incidentally : I had mum & sister visiting over here for some 10 days, after which I went through almost 2 weeks of heavy overtime on my work to catch up with stuff, hence my silence. I'm fine now and back on schedule, so I'll check out little by little what else you posted lately.
