This is another view from the bottom area of North Head, Devonport that looking across the Waitemata Harbour toward Auckland seafront around Mission Bay, Kohimrama beach and St.Heliers Bay!

Hello Tony,

One thing I really liked about New Zealand was how lush the foliage was, even along the coastal fringes like this. It looks like a pleasant place to take a walk in the evening or early morning. You chose a good moment to shoot, the small waves look terrific passing through the multitude of rocks. Two small things for consideration, the horizon cuts the land/sky ratio a little 50/50, and also there is an object to the left which might be cropped out. Just small things however, not to detract from the pleasantries of this scene.

Hello Tony,
a wonderful scenic view of this coastline and clarity and lighting is superb. What I found attractive in this image is the contrast between the bright green of the landscape and the bright blue of the cloudy sky, the two go together so well here. Attractive colours and a well balanced composition, good foreground interest.

A lovely composition of this beautiful peaceful scene taken from a well chosen standpoint. The water lapping over the rocks in the foreground adds depth. The whole scene has great balance. Superb natural colours and great clarity.

A marvelous landscape as all of yours, where undoubtedly the depth of field plays a very important role in the making.

Beautiful colors, great handling of light and excellent contrasts, in particular, which are presented in the foreground, with the rocks on the water.

Bonjour Tony,
de la fraicheur ici, on entend presque les clapotis de l'eau, tu nous en place très près. Un ciel qui aurait mérité un peu plus de contrastes.
Belels couleurs.

You have a very well balanced composition here Tony. The clod is very well formed against the blue sky. The foreground sharpness is vivid and the foliage on the right is in good detail - which I always fail to do. Well done and best regards. Jusni

Another great coastline capture of this lovely green harbor that is so beautifully framed by the jagged rocks. The wonderful blue sky makes an ideal backdrop to this beautiful sea image.

I love the clarity of your photographs.
It gives them such reality! I can almost swear that the tide it rippling in over the rocks and the sand!
Good light is creating lovely colour tones on the surface of the sea.

an incredible marine landscape of great definition of image :-)
The photography comes off good vibrations of peace and relax, but also a sweet feeling of solitude. Excellent composition, the colors have a fantastic brightness.

Wonderfully balanced composition, Tony.
Those gentle blues and greens are perfectly complementary, lovely chosen POV with ripples and rocks in the foreground to provide great depth of field.
Excellent job, as always!
I never get tired of these views.
