Photographer's Note
The auditorium of the Civic Theatre in Auckland.
The civic is an amazing theatre with ornate designs and lighting. The auditorium is designed to look like nighttime. When the lights go down before a show or movie the sky turns dark and little stars pop out above your head, mimicing exactly the Southern Hemisphere. There is even a shooting star, which everyone knows to look for yet is still surprised when it appears.

Hi Karen,
Nicely take with good P.O.V and nice and sharp.

The old Civic Theatre, wow, it has come up well. I haven't been there for years!
Good shot Karen, were you the only people there, apart from the man back right?

Well done with the Colours Karen, you've captured them well, you very lucky to be able to get a shot while no one was there, or do they let you in when there is not a performance on.
I've always enjoyed watching stuff at the Civic, I was only there a few months back when John Cleese was in town
