A snap of a building on the waterfront in the CBD of Auckland. The building, which looks like something form the 70's perhaps was not particularly a standout, there are more elegant structures around the city, but I could not resist the harsh graphical nature of it.

to take a photo in this case is a must!
Black/white fits perfectly.
Even though the building is very photogenic, you must feel like a battery hen if you live or work in it ... :-)

I like your observation. Nice poetic pattern captured in prosaic urban frame.

Now the graphism of this composition is quite stunning. It is well worth the shot. This is something most of us would have missed, so it is a proof of your good photograpic eye.

Fantastic effect this building makes photographed with the emphasis on the graphical nature of it. So avant-garde, well seen and executed perfectly in B&W! The repetitive geometrical pattern has a slightly hypnotizing effect, as well:)
If it were not for your note, it would not be easy to guess what we are looking at.
