Another snap from the interesting Otara markets in Auckland. The area of South Auckland is a hub for Maori, and Polynesian cultures, making it a colourful place.

Hello Justin or Just-in time :)
What i most like here is the spontaneity of the moment and the three figures sputtered lineraly inside the shallow perspective.
Only the guy on the left could give a good shot, imho.
I love the desaturation of the colors. Makes your photo look like a scene from a movie.
ps: I'll be in Morocco in the first half of April. Excited :)

You're capturing well this market by a good composition, tasteful tone and excellent clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the spectacle in which visitors gathered in the grocery store and they have chosen the article. It's interesting that the bunch of the handbag of vinyl have hung to the front of a store, too. It is a spectacle with one vigor of everyday life.

Great shot of the markets, what a wonderful mix of people there is. Love the guy with the dreads, the definition of his hair and hands is particularly magnetic. I also like the colours here, they seem a little bit retro, maybe it's the light, maybe it's the post processing...who cares, it works!
Thanks for sharing, hope you had a great Easter

Interesting choice with the desaturation, Justin, which I think gives it a classic look - maybe even makes it a bit voyeuristic, as though shot from cover. Either way, it works. Interesting scene with a good mix of subjects wandering amidst the fruit here. Thanks!

I like this daily life scene from the market.
Impressive photography, fine saturated with colors.
Great sharp details.
