Photographer’s Note

We had a rental car and are going to the south coast where several rivers are coming from the hills.
We are strolling around between small farm houses and a green landscape never seen before in this way. The rivers are deep in the landscape and ""wild"" like rivers in the Alpes.

A very good composition of this verdant landscape; it has great depth and an interesting contrast between the relatively flat foreground and the rolling hills in the background. Good colours and clarity. Good scanning work.

this a wonderful view of the green field and the mountain. Top quality sharpness helped you to bring all the details. The image is fresh and well presented. I see it was a difficult situation but you did it very well. Considering you didn't use any kind of filter or hard process, it's superb. Well done!

Hallo Achim,
eine Landschaft wie Patchwork, alles ungleiche kleine Stücke und doch zusammenpassend und etwas viel größeres erstellend. Etwas schade ist die Überbelichtung des Himmels, aber insgesamt ist das Licht sehr reizvoll und lässt nette Kontraste in den Hügeln und Straßen wiederfinden. Insbesondere die Berglinie finde ich reizvoll.

Achim,
a quite interesting composition with the impression that all lines in the fields are converging to a single point in the mid right portion of the foreground. Contrasting with that the mountains are more bound to the upper left portion of the image. Interesting balance! The sky is certinly overexposed and requires the use of a ND grad filter.

Your photo is very attractive with its full green colors. Wonderful view of huge valley while adding same tone's of mountain ridges. Great, natural effect by different tones of greens. Excellent capture, congratulations.

This is an impressive landscape with a tremendous depth of field. I can't believe the quality of this for an oldie. Love the textures and shapes of the shot. Nice one.

It is a beautiful view of what I suppose are sugar cane fields. I have been to Nadi but actually never went west of the city. It is a nice island as many of the nearby islands. Your photo is excellent and the close foreground adds lots of depth. Well done.

The valley and of the mountains od this area of Fiji are impressive. The different tints of green are an asset to the composition. The point of view is giving depth to the photo. Well done, have a nice day.

Since your gallery is an encyclopedia of gegraphival diversity, I chose this one today, because I may likely go ther in July, this reminds me of the Azores, immense green, with wonderful clouds, the landscape is soft below, rugged at the top.
