Photographer’s Note

Beach at 5-stars Hotel south of Nadi. The sand was really a 5-star sand.

On my world tour around the globe 1995 Fiji was third stop. First time that I see the South Sea with its beautiful island and beaches and the stunning sunsets.

Hi, Achim. The two white beach chairs in the foreground create a very good depth and contrast in the picture. There is a good perspective too with the shore making a nice curve and the palm trees leading the eye towards the horizon.

Classic beach scene! The beach itself is well presented, with a nice curve and lots of texture in the sand. The trees overhanging the beach add a sense of place to this, and of course that chair looks very inviting! Well done!

Hi "easy life Achim", lucky you were to travel around the world ! I pick fiji today in your amazing list of countries visited ... and exvcellent choice, except perhaps a little tilt wich is for sure not intentional, i do love this picture, the saturated aspect and the sharpness of it, i would have also perhaps crop the person on the left.
Seems paradisiac there ... :)
