Photographer’s Note
The beautiful Josephine falls in tropical Cairns. This pic was taken early morning around sunrise with light rain falling which made it quite hard to get pics without the lens getting wet or fogging up,was lucky i came prepared with an umbrella.I came across this section of the falls & thought that the boulders would make an interesting foreground lead in with the falls @ the back & small streaming pool just behind the boulders with milky water effect by using a slow shutter speed to compliment the falls in a different perspective.
C&C most welcome

Hi Brad,
Very nice shot, the slow shutter speed gave you the result you were looking for and it looks good. I like your composition using the large boulders in the foreground to give depth to your capture. Lovely colours. considering your excellent equipment and the fact you were on a tripod I'm surprised the shot isn't sharper. Remember to sharpen as the last step before posting, sorry, not trying to tell you how to suck eggs, it is just that it is easily forgotten.
Very nice image.
regards
Peter
