Photographer’s Note
I caught this group of happy school children on a visit to Federation Square, in the heart of Melbourne, on a fresh Spring afternoon. Federation square is an amazing place, with some remarkable modern architecture, including the Australian Center for the Moving Image.the Museum of Horse Racing, and the National Design Centre. To one side is the great Gothic, Anglican Cathedral. The State Art Gallery is nearby as well as the Concert Hall. Across the river is the wonderful Botanic gardens,a monument to Melbourne's desire to create an English garden in Australia. There is no shortage of interesting places for these kids to go, so they should have a great day out.

When I look at this it makes me wish our kids wore uniforms to school, they look so nice. An interesting capture of these kids on their field trip. Good color and detail. TFS
