Malls Balls By Night Photo

Photographer’s Note

The sculpture shown here is commonly known as "The Mall's Balls" for obvious reasons. This shot was taken on a weeknight, with very few people in the mall.
I have played with this image substantially with Photoshop; darkening the sky in the background and softening the light on the surrounding buildings-I have also increased the brightness and hence the reflection on the balls.

The balls are a common meeting place in the middle as the city.

Hello Mark,

Excellent shot, I didnt have the opportunity to visit the Mall at night. The lighting effect is great and I must say that you have done excellent post processing.

Hello Mark, I don't know what this image was like before your PS processing but your result I would say was successful, the dark sky works well & the reflections on the "Balls" is detailed & interesting with the rest of the Mall being well lit & being almost deserted seems to work well for you.
