Hello Mark,
This is actually a good shot of the decisive moment. But I think there are a couple of things that I would like to comment:
- the horizon is tilted
- some of the seagulls are half cropped
- a little less of the featureless FG water would be better, I believe.
I have done a WS to deal with these. A few of the half seagulls were cloned out in photoshop. Hope you like it.
