Photographer’s Note
If I am not mistaken, this was taken near Mt Martha, a fabulous little urban centre, located further south from Mornington.
While driving thru the winding and hilly road, I was captivated by the colours of this semi developed terrain, dotted with upmarket residential homes which not everyone can affort at such a location. Although at some distance away from the shore, you can still smell the sea breeze, and that alone is enough to command for a higher property price!
Hope you enjoy viewing.
Regards
Alfred

hi Alfred
Wonderful place on a hill terrace and really good subject for a stop & shoot. The curved road is a good planning idea to create asthetics and layout. Expensive neighborhood. Great work.

Hi Alfred, I still hope to one day get down to Brighton Beach to see the bathing boxes. When I do that then I might see some of this scenery for myself. Following your last couple of posts, I did some searching of this area on Google. It looks like a very enjoyable area to visit. The scene here is a good one providing us a look into the urban life in the area. The shot is well composed with that irregular street meandering through the subdivision. Good sharp detail and colour.
Thanks, John

I like this shot Alfred. The best image is turning out a routine view into a stunning composition and you have done just that. The road is excellent leading perspective here with pleasant diagonal lighting. The slope works well with the houses and good exclusion of your fav CPL. Gotta go to my fav list Alfred. Well done and best regards. Jusni
