The form of this stark exposed tree root on the dry bed of Lake Manchester seemed to be making a statement.

Good POV and composition for this photo; well done. It's a very educational one.
Perhaps there is too much brightness and not enough sharpness. But still the composition and the subject have a strong impact. It's a good echo to your precedent post "Lake Manchester Dried Mud".
