Photographer’s Note

Taken the first chance to get up there after work, just after we had been flooded and as it happens there was still more water comming over the falls in the next few days. This was taken from the lookout on the far side of the falls.

Hello Diane,

I also took a photo of these falls in January. I visited Killarney, and drove parts of Condamine Gorge. Is the bridge still out in Killarney, as it was destroyed in the floods a few days before I visited? This shot shows a bit more water then when I was there, and the perspective shows the plunge pool well whereas mine did not. The saturation might be a tad too overdone, but it does offer a more lush appearance. Good to see more than one photo of these falls on TE now.
