Photographer’s Note
the famous Bondi (pronounced bond-eye) beach in Australia.
Always packed, always crowded, always full of people, enjoying?? surfers and wannabe celebbrities...
"Bondi" or "Boondi" is an Aboriginal word meaning water breaking over rocks or noise of water breaking over rocks.[3] The Australian Museum records that Bondi means place where a flight of nullas took place.

A very nice composition. I like its graphycal component.
The people are uniformely scattered over the sand, with no trace of the sea. I'm sure the color version was good too.

Good shot
Frankly I would much rather be there in the crowd than here in the blizzard:-). Like the B/W treatment also.

Beautiful and meaningful... should we emigrate to another "new world", less crowded?

Hello Savas,
very well seen...I could not enjoy this for long, too many people:-) but it's an attractive image, the title goes very well, the crop too, good graphical effect. A little more contrast would have been welcome for my personal taste. I have made a WS just for the fun for it, where I exagerate the contrast, play with it. Hope you like it:-)

This is very good framing, Savas. Somehow the choice of time to shoot this photo is perfect, with shortest shadow. Thanks for sharing...Alex

Hi Savas,
All these bodies scattered around make for a great subject and the shot takes on an almost abstract feel. Nicely done.

Hi Savas, I've seen a lot of shots of Bondi, but never quite done in this graphical fashion. This is good, and ties in very nicely with your title. It's very sharp, and very busy..as it should be.
Thanks, John

Hello Savas,
Great POV, you have captured a typical Australian beach scene without actually showing any ocean, very well done. I really like the black and white as well, good decision. Thanks for sharing,

Hello Savas,
Interesting zoom on the sun worshippers. A wider angle would make them even smaller but this one is just nice to adequately reveal the human form. The scattering of people doing different things look nice on a canvas of white sand. Best Regards. Latiff.

Hello Savas,
these people bound on the beach seems to be insects, can be ants, with the apparently disordered positions and trajectories. Excellent idea and good realization. Cheer.
Have a nice day

This is a fantastic creation, Savas, probably due to efficient use of B&W.. it's amazing to see the frame so full with these sunbathers... once we get to the details, it's a very rich frame too... congratulations, Daniel

Hi Savas,
Excellent comparison between the beach and ants, I had made the same impression in Portugal on the beach of Nazaré.

Giea sou Sava,
OK, it may be a beach photo, but when you look closer, it looks like a large gathering of ants, performing a sandy orgy under sun :))
The idea and how you present it, are fantastic. A photo well deserving all those appraisals...
