| I took this photo during a trip to the Great Barrier Reef – staying on a Live-a-Board for a week. The Great Barrier Reef is the world's largest coral reef system, composed of roughly 3,000 individual reefs and 900 islands stretching for 2,600 kilometres (1,616 mi) over an area of approximately 344,400 square kilometres (132,974 sq mi). The reef is located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of Queensland in northeast Australia. |

G'Day Margo,
It is a pity that no one out of 100 people has bothered to critique this shot yet, as it is so well balanced and presented. Perhaps your photos will be better appreciated for their worth on Trek Earth's sister website, Trek Nature.
The colours here are fabulous; they have a great energy about them. The Anemone fish seems right at home. It annoys me when people call them 'Nemo' now, or a blue tang 'dory' which is a completely different (and much less attractive) fish! Disney as a lot to answer for :)! Well done, this is a shot to be proud of.
Matt
Hi Margo
Nice shot, this anemonefish with his camouflage colours, I agree with Matt this photo should have
got more points because it is special and it is not easy to get such a good composition.
