Hello Matt,
Having never been to Canberra I am not familiar with this interesting sculpture. You chose a good time to photograph this, as the lighting seems quite subtle, the backlit sky helps to semi-silhouette the structure in an artistic way. My only suggestion is to perhaps offer more space at the top for balance. Well done.
