Nice composition....

the imae though looks a bit less sharp (not blur) higher depth of field would have made a lot of diffrence i think..

Very interesting POV, but I'd recommend that you crop the right edge, leaving the railing post, but close enough at the post that no water shows to the right of the base of that post. Doing that, the bridge will move into a better position for good composition. The old steel work is a good target for this black/white image. If you would allow a workshop, I'd post my suggestion.
