great minimalist image and with a strong message. Perfect dof.

Hi Radim,
This photo given me a feeling that the area is forbidden. Barbed wire doesnt allow to pass through the other side.
I like this photos feeling very much.

J,aime beaucoup cette photo qui sort des sentiers battus . On ressent beaucoup de choses dépendamment de notre véçu....
Bravo

Hello Radim -

Very artsy! Well done and seen.

Thanks for sharing

nice shot!
graphic&powerful
;-)

Technically not bad, but compositionally definitely one of your weakest pictures.

The image of haze and barbed wire, is a combination too often seen in holocaust and other war photography... and without the proper context a far too powerful symbol of division and loss than to be used lightly... and unless you have discovered an aspect of Tasmania that has completely passed by me unnoticed, I have no idea what you are trying to convey here...

Just my 2 cents...

BTW: Your gallery is one of the most impressive landscape galleries I've seen, capturing wonderful colors while avoiding (too much) kitsch.

Excellent compo and foggy atmosphere. Very impressive and artistic.

TFS,

Andreea

hi Radim,

I like the depth of field you used, very strong composition. I also like the b&w too here.
greetings, inn

Hi Radim,
Superb shot, evocative of life and death, freedom and constraint, possibilities and prohibitions. It would be superbly lovely even without the fence, but with that, it is very symbolic as well. Exquisite!

Very symbolic and very graphical,Radim
I like it
A beautiful spring

Hi Radim,

the way the focus works is tremendous .. as is the limited palette (which works really well the the elements of the image) .. it is an image to learn form .. where a few items scream at me so effectively ...

take care,

John

Hello Radim,
Superb image. Minimalist composition and very good usage of both depth of field and b&w. Congratulations for this great picture.

I don't know what to say, Radim... just been through
your 3-page gallery and your work is stunning. I'm not
trying to be nice, etc. - but there's another dimension
in the way you compose and present your work, the way
you use low light... something I haven't come across
yet on TE.
This one - I like tiny detail of a raindrop caught in
the far right barb-wire knot, the contrast between the
wire and almost vanishing tree in a beautiful bokeh, as
well as subtle grain intertwined throughout the frame
(especially below the wire).
Absolutely tasty!
