Photographer’s Note
An aerial view of 75-mile beach, running down the east coast of Fraser Island in Queensland. Taken from a little 8-seater plane during a 20 minute flight over the island. For anyone who goes to Fraser Island, this flight is highly recommended for $60... the plane takes off from and lands on the beach!

Hi Graham,
Good POV, but could have been sharper, but I do understand the limitations of taking photos through an aircraft window.

What amazes me more in your picture is to see that offshore parallel ridge all along the beach. The Fraser Island, the world largest sand island, is a magnificent wonder and it is yet in a very pristine condition. Well done.

Hi Graham, I had to follow up on this shot after your last one. What a beautiful spot. Your shot from the plane makes it look just endless. The van placed on the beach helps give a little perspective.
Thanks, John
