The Duck That Wanted to be a Fighter Jet Photo

Photographer’s Note

At the outskirts of Melbourne, in the Dandennongs, there is a bird reserve with three artificial lakes. Here one can watch waterfowl do their thing. This duck had been preening itself and stretching.I intended to call the photo The Yogic Duck but then the other idea came to mind.

I like your composition here with the grass coming into the frame from the side and the way you have positioned the duck and his reflection. Nice and sharp showing good detail on the duck. Well seen and captured.

Jako zgodno. Pretpostavljam da je ovaj komicni trenutak trajao i krace od sekunde, tako da si stvarno dobro uspio uhvatiti proces pripreme ove patke za akciju ;) Zanimljive su mi ove vlati koje izviruju u gornjem lijevom kutu - podsjecaju me na antene koje ovaj 'borbeni avion' navode na pravi cilj...
